WOD 2/7/2013

Went at 135 for the first round and 1/2 the 2nd, had to drop down to 115, which felt easy which is nice.

Wooh fun
17:11 but shoulder is still struggling with any Kipping(pull ups, knees to elbow and KB Swings)
RX'd everything but the 3 kipps, did strict style pullups, did the weight on kb swings but didn't fully extend on some of them. knees to elbow? more like knees to triceps
